Hey!!! I am Vadeen the Vay in Vays Beauty!! My journey into the world of beauty began several years ago when my life was dramatically impacted by adult acne. For over eight years, I struggled with low self-esteem, countless nights of tears, and thousands of dollars spent on products and doctor visits in search of a solution that would truly work. After finally finding what my skin needed, I realized my calling: to help other women feel confident and empowered in their own skin. As a Licensed Esthetician and makeup artist, my mission is to help you embrace the skin you're in—celebrating both your inner and outer beauty. Cancellation Policy
-All prepayments/deposits are non refundable. -All cancellations must be at least 24 hrs before appointments and will not be charged cancellation fee
-Same Day or cancellations made less than 24hrs before appointment will be charged 25% of the remaining service/appointment fee NO EXCEPTIONS!
-No Call No Show will no longer be able to rebook!! Will also be charged 25%of the remaining service/ appointment fee NO EXCEPTIONS!
-Every client will have a 10 minute grace period! After 10 mins there will be a $20 late fee added to service. If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment it will be canceled and a new deposit has to be made to secure your next appointment.
-If there is a full payment at time of booking and client cancels there appointment before the 24hr cancellation period they can get a refund minus prepayment/deposit amount.
-If there is any issues with service client must contact service provider within 24hrs of service so that provider is able to provide best possible solution and rectify the issue
-No refunds after service
